A temporary PART TIME role for a Marketing & Communications Officer for a University for 6 Months - £120 PD
Your new company
The University you will be working with is based is Central North London. The department you would be working for manages the museum, theatres, collections and facilitate engagement within and outside the University.
Your new role
The role has been created to support the Marketing & Communications Manager during the implementation of the new website and the visual identity for the newly names department. the website is currently under development and is about to move into the content creation phase. the website should be launched at the end of October. which will have a new content management system - Drupal. A key aspect of the role is to liaise with content creators across the University, assist with the change of the websites functionality be able process content more efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need the following to be successful:
-Experience of creating or maintaining websites, using a content management system
-Creating content for social media in a professional context
-Understanding of effective writing styles for digital and print, and for different audiences
-Monitoring the performance and effectiveness of communications projects and material.
The ideal background of the candidate will be from Higher Education or the Museum sector.
