We're keen to find an experienced Events Account Director to join an award winning marketing agency in leafy Buckinghamshire. The agency has been running for over 10 years and grown impressively in recent times. They are best known for their work with AUTOMOTIVE clients and this role would work across three of their largest accounts in that sector.
This is a strategic position that they have identified as being a skills gap in the marcomms team. You'll be managing two account handlers and work closely with the Account Directors in whatever team needs you. Experience of working on an automotive account would be an advantage but, more important, is the ability to advise clients on the best way to run an event and subsequently to help the agency manage that process.
Main Purpose for the job:
You will be responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts within the marketing services department with a key objective to develop business in the live events, exhibitions, experiential, video and digital campaigns arena. There is no one in the business currently that is able to offer strategic insight into how events should be run.
