Digital Account Manager- FMCG
A digital agency based in Shoreditch are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their existing team to work on a major international blue-chip account. The role will involve delivering an integrated digital strategy and planning with a focus on e-commerce. This will be a varied role and you will be involved in every aspect of the client account, from producing digital strategies, briefing the project teams and coordinating projects as they progress through the studio, to compiling reports and insights attending client meetings and actively growing the account. For the ideal candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to apply existing knowledge and skills gained in account management and use them to further develop an international FMCG client account. Essential Skills/ Experience: -A demonstrable understanding of digital trends, particularly within UX design and e-commerce optimisation and generating increased customer reach in the digital space. -A proven track record managing FMCG clients and building relationships -The ability to communicate with client stakeholders at the most senior level -The assist in the development of long term strategies for growth -The ability to work effectively within, and coordinate a team -A minimum of 2 years` experience at account manager level on FMCG brands -Good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills -A good understand of SEO and Google Analytics -An interest in content marketing -Experience developing Junior staff -Experience creating pitch documents and presenting them to the Client If you`re a AM with a working knowledge of the Magento e-commerce platform, even better!
