Your new company
A world-leading integrated project and programme management consultancy now have the requirement for a dynamic, creative Marketing Manager to join their collaborative team. This company support clients with the construction and management of their key assets, important projects and programmes demonstrating their wealth of expertise.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting and implementing a communications strategy and business plans for the LSE region across target markets. You will also be responsible for supporting external and internal communications to showcase projects, thought leadership articles, PR activity and award submissions. Additionally you will research and write award submissions across the region and transfer this knowledge to case studies and bid responses where appropriate. You will also be responsible for researching into specific market areas and clients to support BD activity, as well as supporting the account management team. You will deliver effective and proactive bid management for projects and programmes and liaise with the digital communications team for supporting on further content.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified with experience within a professional services or property / construction environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive experience in copywriting. You will have previous experience working on Bids and strong project management skills. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to influence and negotiate at all levels with senior stakeholders. Additionally you will have experience writing for multiple audiences and have an excellent understanding of digital communication methods. Knowledge of local construction industry is desirable
