eCommerce Officer (Online Marketing) 

Our client creates theatre at its best, made in Stratford-upon-Avon and shared around the world.

All their productions begin life at their Stratford workshops and theatres and they bring them to the widest possible audience through their touring, residencies, live broadcasts and online activity. Position: eCommerce Officer 
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire 
Contract type: Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours 
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum plus benefits

About the Role: 

This newly-created role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced digital marketer or eCommerce Officer to really make their mark in a leading not-for-profit organisation. With a focus split between their online retail and events functions, you will take the lead in monitoring how online consumers interact with the business and will have real influence in shaping and enhancing the user experience. 

You will maintain content across all internal and external eCommerce sites, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s overall digital strategy and the highest possible standard of customer experience at all times. You will also coordinate marketing activity through online and social media channels, analysing usage data to drive online traffic to sites and improve usability, content and conversion rates. 

About You: 

The successful candidate will be able to display experience in eCommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media. You will have a good understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practice, along with the ability to analyse and present quantitative and qualitative data.

You will have experience with content management systems and Google Analytics as well the ability to use digital marketing and website data to inform strategy. Critical to success in this role is being solutions-orientated and commercially-minded, with an eye for opportunities and the ability to react quickly to events and to developing market trends.
