CRM Administrator - International Management Consultancy


An international management consulting firm focused on procurement and supply chain transformations and experiencing an exciting stage of growth and development requires a CRM Administrator to manage the collection of contact and prospect data from the senior management team on a regular basis.

The firm is currently in the process of implementing Salesforce and is looking for someone who will liaise with the senior management team of 26 on a weekly basis to collect all data relating to new contacts, new opportunities and new meetings. The CRM Administrator will work closely with the Marketing and BD function to ensure all data is inputted to Salesforce and kept clean and up-to-date. You will also be involved in collecting historic data, cleaning it and adding it to the system. Full Salesforce training will be provided to the successful applicant who will subsequently be responsible for setting up new users on the system and training them on the basics.

This role will suit a graduate who has proven experience in Marketing or Business Development gained in a professional services organisation, in particular using Salesforce or other CRM systems. An extremely organised self starter, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with data, it is essential that the CRM Administrator possesses an excellent attention to detail. A second language, in particular German, French or Italian, would be an advantage.
