Online Content & Trading Manager
Our client is a £multi-million multi-channel retailer, a market leader in its sector. As part of their expansion programme they are currently in the process of strengthening their digital team. As a result a Trading & Content Manager is required to support the company's future growth strategy.
The Trading & Content Manager will work closely with the recently appointed Head of eCommerce to develop and implement appropriate merchandising, usability and optimisation strategies, attract relevant traffic, and propose improvements in website functionality to enhance the customer experience.
Working on multiple websites, you will ensure a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience when browsing and buying from each site, liaising closely with marketing teams to ensure the presentation of the website supports the company strategy and the content is optimised fully for SEO. Your focus will also be to instill a trading culture, working with team members and supporting the buying and merchandising store teams.
With good experience within a multi-channel environment, you will possess a good understanding of digital marketing, be commercial and good influencing ability. A team player, you will also have strong planning and organisation ability. A working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Google Analytics would be an advantage.
