We have partnered with a global non-profit organisation to support the hiring of a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development of their marketing and communications strategy to promote the brand and value of the organisation’s mission.

This position is hybrid (in-office 3 days a week).

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading on the development and execution of the marketing and communications strategy, ensuring campaigns align with and promote the organisation’s mission
• Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns
• Build and manage strong relationships with key partners, maintaining consistent communication
• Analyse and report on performances of previous campaigns to influence future strategic plans

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 4-5 years’ experience developing and delivering effective marketing and communications strategies
• Experience across multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns, including both online and offline
• Proven experience of successfully managing large national marketing campaigns
• Experience working across partnership marketing campaigns
• Previous line management and an ability to work with multiple teams
