Client Relationship Manager – 6 months FTC
The Marketing and Business Development department at BLP has been built in a non-traditional way for the legal sector. The team comprises specialists from backgrounds including PR, design, media, and the big-four accountants.
You will be working in a multi-award-winning team where ideas, energy and a can-do environment are encouraged and valued, and you will spend your time applying leading-edge client relationship management techniques.
You will be a main point of contact for focus client teams across the firm. You will be given the opportunity to manage key projects in respect of the client groups.
This is a key role within the Business Development function at BLP, working on interesting and diverse projects as well as being the face of the key client programme to partners. There is also the opportunity to get involved in external client facing meetings and relationship building.
Who we’re looking for
You will have extensive experience in project management, account planning and selling professional services. The role is dynamic and relatively senior, thus ability to understand the wider requirements and translate these into actual projects and work streams is essential.
The successful candidate will be proactive and confident in their own leadership abilities. Good attention to detail is a must as the role can be quite complex and the outputs will be viewed or presented to wide teams within the firm.
