This is a very lively role that will see you working with in a strong eCommerce Team.  eCommerce Content Coordinator is needed immediately! This role will see you uploading products to taking part in various new online projects and launches.

Tasks

  • Attention to detail, keeping the website maintained and up to the high standards required
  • Site walking and managing the customer journey, ensuring quality and attention to detail
  • Setting up various promotions (e.g sale) online and managing projects through to go live
  • Upload and publish product and content to the website and merchandise areas daily and where required
  • Building and merchandising product categories for weekly site changes
  • Uploading and updating information on site
  • Updating and maintain the store locator
  • Constantly reviewing and improving internal search
  • Work across other areas of the company to create and maintain strong relationships
  • Weekly reporting onsite performance and editorial performance
  • Working closely with e-commerce trading manager to ensure the site is reactive and that products are online
  • Working closely with the CRM team to ensure consistency between emails & website
  • Take ownership of the ecommerce critical paths with other eCommerce Coordinators and ensure we are on target for each season
  • Support the process & upload of imagery for website landing pages

Previous of experience of the following areas would be the key to gaining an interview for this wonderful company

  • Ideally educated to graduate level
  • You must thrive in a fast paced environment, when multi-tasking and handling a number of projects whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent internal and external communication and people skills
  • Experience with a CMS is required
  • Basic understanding of HTML is desirable
  • An understand of Adobe Photoshop and MS Office
  • A strong interest in fashion as well as all aspects of online retail
  • An interest in US fashion market would be beneficial
