A Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director required for a rapidly growing enterprise finance software and services vendor based in their London office to have broad responsibility for brand, PR, communications, digital strategy and content and especially lead generation. The role will involve creating a strategy and then hiring a small team to execute.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director must have high value technology/software solution experience and be able to demonstrate experience with team management, strategy implementation and budget responsibility.

The Head of Marketing will deliver against a range of KPIs including value of pipeline and group revenue generation. This is a key senior role and fundamental to the continued success of the business. The organisation has minimal bureaucracy and is extremely fast paced so if you are most comfortable with lots of processes, procedures and long lead times, this is not the role for you!

The Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director will be responsible for:
· Create & Implement marketing strategy in line with group strategy
· Provide leadership to the marketing team to ensure effective delivery of the plan
· Align with product, sales & account management to ensure that are products & services are positioned effectively with our current & future customers in mind
· Define and own the marketing process that clearly identifies the customer's personas so there is clarity of message
· Own delivery of the new customer acquisition plan that drives high quality leads to the sales organisation
· Work on marketing retention plan for existing customers through targeted campaigns for up/cross sell opportunities
· Manage all budget and forecasting as well as manage cost of acquisition of each customer
· Manage all external agencies and suppliers

The Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Director will have:
· Strong previous experience in a broad marketing role in a B2B high value/solution sales environment.
· Experience across all marketing areas, including brand, communications, PR, collateral, events and lead generation campaigns.
· First class communication and stakeholder management experience.
· People management experience is ideal but not essential.
