CRM Manager
Working for a FTSE 250 business, a CRM Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager / Customer Engagement Manager is needed to lead the development and implementation of a new initiative, driving engagement and conversion through best in class campaigns.

The CRM Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager / Customer Engagement Manager will have strong hands-on knowledge of BTL and ATL campaign delivery, working to intensive time frames and customer needs. You'll be tasked with driving uptake of a new service to an existing customer base.

The CRM Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager / Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for:

*Planning and developing innovative and targeted campaigns that drive retention and loyalty to meet commercial & digital marketing objectives
*Owning the full campaign life cycle from brief through to design and execution across multiple channels (email, push notifications, direct and text)
*Driving uptake of a new service to an existing customer base, focusing on conversion and engagement
*Work with a variety of stakeholders to promote consistent content and messaging, driving support where needed
*Manage end-to-end comms, creative and content, working with both internal and agency
*Being hands on! From content writing to proofing, campaign creation etc…
*Providing regular reporting and analysis on campaigns, measuring impact on performance

The CRM Manager / Marketing Campaign Manager / Customer Engagement Manager will have:

*Experience marketing to an existing customer base, driving uptake, conversion and revenues
*Strong understand of Email and CRM marketing, backed up by ATL/direct channels (Print, Post, etc…)
*The ability to work with key stakeholders and challenge current practice
*Excellent analytical skills (AB testing, LTV, ROI, Google Analytics) to identify trends, opportunities and threats in data
*Have experience in delivering both acquisition and educational campaigns
