Employee Communications Advisor
*Supports the Head of Employee Engagement in delivery of the internal communications strategy and on internal initiatives that drive employee engagement
*Responsible for management, development and communication of wellbeing initiatives and reward and recognition activities, as well as communication of employee led CSR initiatives.
* Manage, develop and communicate the Employee Benefits programme
* Manage the content and development of the HR Intranet pages and development of the Intranet for the business.
*At least 3 years, preferably with experience of wellbeing and reward.
Project Management skills and Good interpersonal skills.
*Good communication skills (written, verbal and active listening) and ability to work with and influence at all levels.
*Ability to organise work so that colleagues can pick up work at any stage.
