Head of Marketing Automation -Exciting Opportunity

My client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious marketing automation architect to head up its burgeoning Marketing Technology Team. In other words we are looking for a marketing technology geek with good people skills. The role is based in Bristol, working for an exciting and growing company.

The company.
Are focused on Inbound Marketing / Marketing Automation for Small to Medium sized businesses. Using tools like Marketo, Eloqua and Hubspot to help business achieve their marketing goals. This company have a team of around 10 people. This position will report directly into the Managing Director, it’s just a huge opportunity to really grow a team and become a pivotal member in this agencies growth. This is a fun, quirky environment, not a big corporate environment.

The role.
Providing strategic Marketing Automation strategy for clients, working hands on with Eloqua and Marketo and also Hubspot. The majority of this work will ideally be in house, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a junior team.

What you’ll get in return.
Very competitive salary £30k - £50k, with the long term opportunity to earn equity within a business (this will be judged on a candidate to candidate basis).
