We're looking for a highly strategic digital Business Analyst with existing commercial experience working within a similar integrated marketing agency or big name brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to further you’re career by working in a brand new role for a highly established, Bristol based marketing agency. You could be a Project Manager or Digital Strategist with relevant business analysis experience or simply a Business Analyst looking for a new challenge within the world of digital design and marketing.

The company.

As a Business Analyst you’ll play a pivotal part amongst a team of highly talented and creative designers, developers and account managers and you will report to the Digital Director on a day-to-day basis. My client offers a range of marketing services from strategy and lead generation to brand building and web builds. The pace within the company is fast moving and as they are rapidly growing this is a really exciting time to join.

The role.

The right Business Analyst or Digital Strategist will help define important digital solutions needed to fulfil business needs for the company’s large blue chip clients. You will then translate these findings to the digital team, ensuring the successful delivery of analytical, building and testing of digital features and projects. In addition you will have the opportunity to identify any project problems, and to own and develop long last relationships with clients.

The experience we need.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar Business Analyst or Digital Strategist position
  • Good experience in business / systems analysis in order to draw up relevant conclusions
  • Experience in preparing and developing document specifications and processes
  • CMS experience
  • Able to take direction and support more senior staff in the delivery of big projects
  • Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable for this role but not essential
  • Collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders and have strong communication skills
