Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of the entire e-learning social and digital strategy
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date and accurate
  • Measure and report performance of all digital and social campaigns and assess against objectives (i.e. ROI and other KPIs)
  • Forge strong relationships with industry bloggers and influencers
  • Identify trends and optimise spend and performance based on insights
  • Evaluate the end-to-end online student experience and adapt according to results
  • Work with multiple departments, regional heads and other senior management as required
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought-leadership and a perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Find appropriate online vehicles for reaching target audiences, and establish relevant strategic partnerships
  • Ensure all content is search engine optimised
  • Ensure the brand is positively portrayed and well represented online

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Online Marketing)
  • Master's degree
  • CIM qualification
  • Digital marketing qualification

Experience Required:

  • Proven results-based experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in managing a demanding workload
  • Highly creative with experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social and display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimising landings pages, A/B testing and other multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and ad serving tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript developments and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in managing multiple complex projects, from conception to production, meeting the requirements of various stakeholders
  • Experience in working inter-departmentally and collaboratively to achieve mutually agreeable results
  • Consulting and advising of trends, ideas and best practices in the digital marketing space

Experience Desired:

  • Experience in the travel, hospitality, language travel or EdTech sector from a digital marketing perspective
