3 month Marketing Administrator job in Central Bristol

Your new role
You will work as a Marketing Administrator working alongside the different areas of Marketing, primarily with the Internal Design Team and the Marketing Planning Manager. You will be responsible for organising meetings, assisting in formatting presentations, and checking creative and proof-reading copy. You will also assist the Marketing Planning Manager in the co-ordination of supplies, the scheduling of design workflow and advising on job status and reporting. Another key responsibility will be too coordinate and monitor requests for creative work to the Internal Design Team, and closely liaise with the team to manage the work flow tracking system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to Degree level or equivalent, with relevant experience of working in a Marketing Department. You will possess excellent IT skills, including high standard of competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will be self-motivated, highly organised., and be capable of multi-tasking and prioritising your workload
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a 3 month contract role, with a competitive rate of the equivalent of £18k-£20k
