Product Manager (Healthcare)
An innovative consumer healthcare company is recruiting for a Product Manager to take on responsibility for all marketing, marketing development and marketing operations for an over the counter (OTC) brand newly launched in the UK.
Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, the PM will take full responsibility for managing the brand P&L, planning and implementation of the marketing plan, and establishment of the brand post launch and beyond. The PM will work on all professional/pharmacy materials and training to engage professional recommendation, they will also be part of the forecasting team for product provision and be responsible for the launch of all NPD into the relevant category. The PM will liaise with international distribution sales function to prepare suitable packaging and materials for individual markets.
This role would suit an ambitious junior product manager looking to take their next step. Knowledge of the UK Healthcare/OTC medicines market is highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have experience of: strategic planning and marketing in an OTC medicines environment; producing and implementing pharmacy and HCP comms and training; market research projects and output; data analysis and presentation. Also a proven track record of driving brand growth, launching NPD and innovation, and achieving financial markets and top line sales growth.
