Customer Insight Manager

Are you obsessed with maintain excellent customer relationships and helping them optimise their program? Our client is looking for an experienced insight/research professional to lead a big four grocery account, delivering actionable insight to help improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have retail experience and be familiar with managing quantitative studies, across customer touch points.


MECHANICS: Manage client programmes

  • Advise clients the best way to collect customer stories, to prompt customers to tell stories, to turn stories into action
  • Ensure programmes evolve to remain relevant to the client, while remaining within the agreed scope
  • Oversee programme health and flag up when there are issues
  • Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of weekly/monthly reports
  • Oversee Account Co-ordinators to build and run the programmes
  • Drive engagement/usage of InMoment systems within the client



ANALYSIS: Are client advisors

  • Are confident in interpreting data and able to draw actionable conclusions from this data
  • Build monthly/quarterly client presentations showing monthly/quarterly trends, linking this to business KPI's
  • Confident and proactive
  • Be comfortable with speaking to groups of people about trends and data
  • Manage and complete ad hoc analytical requests
  • Have a natural interest in customer experience



RELATIONSHIPS: Own day-to-day relationships with their clients

  • Build relationships with day-to-day contacts, and more senior stakeholders where relevant
  • Should expect to be first point of contact for all queries from day-to-day contacts or their equivalents
  • Built and enacted quarterly plans for their clients
  • Are proactive - suggest improvements, new areas of interest
  • Facilitate conversations between technical experts where required
  • Accountable for account billing
  • Should expect to be on site with a client at least once a week



MANAGE TALENT: Supervise Account Co-ordinators

  • Line manage Account Co-ordinator


Package:

  • 35- 45,000 dependent on experience
