They are an innovative, customer driven and rapidly growing business worldwide. Their market leading premium products are renowned for advances in user experience that makes effortless gardening a reality. They are world leaders in bringing game changing, environmentally friendly products to the market specialising in robotic and cordless technology.

They are now seeking a Channel Manager to help grow the business across key European sales regions. Working in close partnership with the Country sales organisations, you will be pivotal to the success of the business in your markets.

The role of Channel Manager is fundamental to the overall success of the organisation and is primarily responsible for helping grow the business across key European sales regions by working in close partnership with a range of stakeholders within those regions.

Key responsibilities:

*Working closely with the Country Sales and Marketing teams in your designated European regions to set product range, finalise price lists, special customer offers and pricing strategy.
*Maximise the growth potential for the brand in the countries you are responsible for by managing turnover and profit.
*Develop strategic growth and marketing plans with clear targets for all channels of distribution.
*Forecast monthly sales and profit for the countries you are responsible for.
*Analyse your customers by product segment, turnover and profit and devise action plans as appropriate.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will have gained experience in a sales/marketing environment, preferably within a multinational consumer goods organisation and have excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Previous European experience is highly desirable but not essential. However, you will need to be motivated, confident and have a strong desire to succeed and develop. Previous experience of budget management, pricing, forecasting, turnover and profit is also required. Regular travel within Europe (sometimes at short notice) will be required in this role, so it is important that you have a flexible approach with regards to this.

With the company based in Stowmarket, this role is commutable from the following locations; Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Ipswich, Woodbridge, Colchester, Sudbury, Cambridge.
