This world famous design agency is looking for an ambitious and established Account Director to join the team to manage client relationships on one of their key accounts. The candidate will need to demonstrate strategic thinking and have experience of managing retail branding and 3D environment design projects from brief through to implementation. The candidate will also need to have an understanding of branding and customer experience, delivered through 2D comms across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, enhancing and developing the agency's relationship with the client
  • Running projects in print, digital and 3D environment from inception to delivery including creating budgets, schedules and managing the internal team (design and production) and third party suppliers
  • Acting as 'lead', liaising with clients, photographers, copywriters, printers etc and as the central point of coordination
  • Working with the design team to inspire and challenge, ensuring best creative results which are on brief and meet clients' expectations
  • Being a point of contact for the client to discuss issues or concerns and problem solving to help them find a solution
  • Financial management of the client in terms of forecasts, budgets and billing schedules. Liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and profitable margins
  • Longer term, attending pitches primarily for the key client and potentially on other clients, presenting the account management aspect of the agency's branding offer and promoting its broader offer
  • Being responsible for driving organic growth on the account
