Communications Co-ordinator | Entertainment for World Renowned Luxury Brand

Our client is a world-leading luxury brand, a manufacturer and retailer of premium jewellery. They are now looking for a Communications Co-ordinator with PR experience to increase entertainment-related awareness of their brand.

As Communications Co-ordinator, you’ll oversee communications across broadcast, print & online press and social media, and ensure appropriate product placement. You’ll work closely with designers, industry and press contacts across entertainment, design, fashion and jewellery sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of product placement in film, festivals, television, music & videos, theatre, ballet, opera, awards, exhibitions and more
  • Help develop and maintain journalist network and database, including news, social diary, entertainment, fashion, lifestyle and celebrity online short-lead and long-lead press and bloggers
  • Distribute media alerts & press releases
  • Compile PR tool box and assist in drafting press releases
  • Work closely with Digital and Social team and external agencies to assist in developing and executing PR strategy
  • Events co-ordination
  • Departmental Housekeeping
  • Media and Designer public relations

Skills & Experience required:

  • Previous PR / Comms experience, ideally agency-side
  • Entertainment and / or luxury-related PR focus
  • Interest in film and television
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to multitask on various overlapping projects
  • Excellent communications skills
