  • Be the engagement communication lead so that all staff have a clear understanding of their vision and the work underway to get there
  • be a visible presence in the organisation and to use every available opportunity to reinforce project messages and milestones
  • work with the senior team to develop plans to communicate project messages and updates throughout the organisation
  • suggest new and fresh approaches for communication of project messages to ensure they reach as many staff as possible
  • be responsible for delivering the staff engagement actions defined by the project milestones

What we're looking for

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  • Confidence at briefing staff at all levels
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels
  • Excellent administration and coordination skills
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver to agreed timescales
  • Attention to detail
  • Working with confidential information
  • Experience of managing events would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of current communications platforms, especially web-based, would be an advantaqe.
