Head of Internal Communications opportunity with leading B2B organisation based in the Leeds area.

Due to internal change the opportunity has arisen for a strategic internal communications professional to join a leading B2B organisation based in the Leeds area as Head of Internal Communications.
Your new role
Reporting to the senior management team you will be responsible for leading and implementing all internal communications strategy. In this strategic role you will be responsible for engaging and communicating with the 2500 strong company workforce, disseminating key messages and updates whilst maintaining employee engagement and productivity.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this varied, fast paced role you will have a strong track record of success setting and implementing strategic internal communications within a large, complex business. You will have worked at a strategic level previously and have experience managing both business as usual projects as well as change communications. With excellent written and verbal communication skills you will be a confident communicator, possessing developed stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to line manage other members of staff.
