This is an awesome opportunity to bring your skills and enthusiasm and join a leading, dynamic media agency as part of the Senior Account team.

What does this role involve?

We are looking for a driven and switched on Digital Account Director who is inspired by the latest developments and innovations in the digital landscape.

As Account Director you will lead the planning and analysis of campaigns as well as drive forward campaign execution, monitor results and ensure all administrative processes are adhered to.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with senior team members
  • Spotting opportunities in existing clients to grow business organically  
  • Planning, pitching and winning new business from existing clients and new prospects
  • Ensuring the smooth running of account management across all agency client teams
  • Working with other senior team members to train and help to develop the skills of junior members of staff

Ideal candidate's personality and qualifications:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Digital Account Director who can contribute to the innovation, marketing and development teams across the agency.

  • Collaborative and supportive team player able to work alongside the new business and planning departments  
  • Demonstrate strong strategic skills both written and verbal
  • A solid understanding of the digital marketing and advertising industry as well as brand research, research tools and reporting methods
  • Experience developing and maintaining outstanding client relationships 
  • Confident in presenting and leading the planning and execution of campaigns
  • A personable and dynamic networker who is able to proactively drive new business and grow current business organically 
  • Strong leadership skills able to encourage and galvanise the wider agency team.
  • An approachable mentor for junior members of the team for inspiration
