    • Manage the marketing operations team of 20 strong of all content digital and offline
    • Develop and implement processes and policies that allow for the effective monitoring and evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the end to end process and drive improvements in quality and usefulness of output for the customer.
    • Identify and recommend ongoing technology requirements to support delivery and drive efficiencies in process, working with colleagues internally to integrate effectively into business systems and processes.
    • Brand compliance and consistency across what the marketing operations team produce
    • Reporting to the director of marketing strategy and planning.
    • Working closely with other colleagues in the marketing team in acquisition and retention and digital.
    • To lead the team effectively to ensure that internal customers briefs for the production of marketing material are delivered on time to the required standards
    • To provide specialist marketing fulfilment advice to customers on how their briefs can be best delivered, including channel mixes and technical options
    • To bring the brand to life in effective and objective driven comms
    • To ensure that any externally facing material is produced in a way that meets the customers' needs and considers the needs of different customer segments

Key skills required:

  • Must have strong experience of running an operations team and knowledge of design or creative teams
  • Must be able to show evident responsibility surrounding a campaign deployment
  • Must have design and brand management experience.
  • Experience of leading a marketing operations function with a number of products and high volume campaigns
  • Experience of planning, managing budgets and operational risks
  • Experience of developing, managing and reviewing business processes, brand development processes like briefings, proposing improvements and following through with execution
  • Very strong attention to detail and superb project management skills
  • Collaborative working style; ability to work with diverse skill-sets on projects
  • A creative mindset in both communicating and problem solving in a high pressured environment
