Are you a Head of Ecommerce looking for an exciting opportunity to drive the digital transformation, for a leisure, travel and tourism brand?

As the Head of E-commerce you will take full ownership of the new platform and ensure the brand is presented digital first to potential customers.


  • Take ownership of the web user experience that will drive online revenue growth
  • Drive the vision of the brand that will create the development roadmap
  • Management of day to day website and larger projects
  • Lead and manage internal and external teams
  • Monitor key metrics
  • Consider content that will improve user experience and search rankings
  • Ensure a seamless journey from discovery to conversion
  • Management of budgets
  • Regular liaison with global colleagues


  • Previously worked in a leisure, travel, tourism or retail environment
  • Proven leadership of sizeable e-Commerce projects
  • In-depth understanding of user experience,
  • Understanding of the principles of online CRM.
  • Have good experience of working with A/B and MVT testing tools.
  • Be experienced with Google Analytics and or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercially driven and strategically minded
