Right before we move any further, this role is focused upon user acquisitions. You need to have experiece in Social, Affiliates & Display in order to be the right candidate, so if you have experience in those area's then carry on reading.
Now this Brand Manager role really is for someone who has experience in online games marketing, somebody who really understands the key areas of that market and how to drive user's to gaming sites. Now not only is this role fo someone who can initiate these campaigns but for someone who would be able to co-ordinate a number of agencies effectively.
Co-ordinating is going to be tough and will take a certain type of character, so if you're robust and are able to leverage those agencies into collaborating well then you're the right person for this role. Not only is this a user acquistion role it's much broader than that and will allow you to open up your experience into offline channels such as TV & Press as well as a bit of paid search.
To be honest with you, you're a well thought out marketer with not only a mind that is analytical to spot problems but is also creative to fix problems.
