Key responsibilities….

Working with and managing a portfolio of clients and their brands, you will be responsible for full client campaign delivery from brief to implementation and evaluation.

1. Business ownership: You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients. You will need to establish a good understanding of your clients' businesses, both to identify and close opportunities and to mitigate risks. You will seek out all new business opportunities (within and outside your clients) to help deliver ambitious growth targets.

2. People management: You will be responsible for the line management of your direct reports (which could range from Client Associate through to Senior Client Executive) against clear objectives, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work, offering on-going day to day support and identifying training needs.

3. Relationship management: You will build and ultimately own the relationships with clients, being ultimately responsible for delivering a great client service that closes business and ensures continued loyalty. You need to develop a detailed understanding of the landscape in which we operate to confidently manage client requests and deliver presentations with credibility and confidence.

4. Campaign creation, implementation and evaluation: You will be responsible for participation in brainstorms to help create campaigns that will deliver results for clients. Once they've agreed the activity, you will deliver the campaign for them against agreed budgets and timelines, working with (and managing where appropriate) key contacts both internally and externally. You will also assist in the evaluation of media performance and presenting results back to brands.

7. Contribution to organisational projects: This is a young business, growing fast. Whether it's leading training and development efforts or managing the PR and marketing agenda, their expectation is that you'll get stuck in and help them to build an outstanding business.


You will report directly to a Client Director or Group Client Director. You will also benefit from Capture Senior Leadership Team support.

What you will need to have….

You need to be an experienced account manager (3-5 years) who will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
*Coaching and development of direct reports.
*A proven track record in the development, execution and evaluation of multiple projects.
*Flawless attitude at all times, in all environments with a strong will to succeed.
*Working with multiple stakeholders to deliver best in class client service, at all times.
