Digital Marketing Co-ordinator
Our client is a youth orientated charitable organisation who offer a vibrant and challenging working environment in stunning offices.
They have a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join their Marketing Team in Nottinghamshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all social media activity for the company by creating on-brand content and campaigns that run in synergy with all other marketing activities and enhance brand awareness.
Lead on content creation and management of social media plans and campaigns, including paid, owned and earned media.
Social media development and online brand awareness.
Engage in dialogue, spark conversations, answer questions where appropriate, respond to complaints or concerns, moderate comments and user behaviour on social media channels – including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, Snapchat, and future appropriate social media platforms - during and outside of office hours.
Collaborate with internal and external clients to maximise campaign effectiveness that contribute to the delivery of strategic and departmental objectives.
Monitor social targets and online behaviour by undertaking a detailed analysis of marketing campaigns using Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics and social listening.
Produce and manage video content and photography through in house created content, or commissioned from externally sourced agencies.
Work closely with the clients and their teams to refine and improve their platforms to engage the audience successfully.
Supervise Brand & Insight Ambassadors to contribute to the social media output of the company.
