Online Marketing Specialist (SEO / SEM / PPC) 

Our client is a market leading provider of cloud-based address management services, processing millions of transactions for some of the largest global organisations on ecommerce sites and CRM systems. 

Position: SEM / SEO / PPC Specialist 
Location: Worcester 
Contract type: Permanent 
Salary: £30-£35k per annum

The SEM / SEO / PPC Specialist will be responsible for implementing methods to improve the organic search rankings (SEO) of their website(s). This includes keyword research, documenting SEO changes, and communicating changes to the Digital Marketing Manager. In addition, the Search Engine Specialist will develop and optimise every aspect of their global pay-per-click campaigns. This includes managing keyword research and bids, formulating and managing the PPC budget, analysing results, and reporting results. 


- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects 
- Analyse websites and document changes required for SEO 
- Monitor, on an on-going basis, SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings 
- Provide ongoing support of all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations 
- Launch and maintain PPC lead generation campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. 
- Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations and changes 
- Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and optimise click-through and conversion rates 
- Optimise landing pages for search engine quality score 
- Research and analyse competitor advertising links 
- Develop and implement link building strategy 


- Extensive SEO experience – either agency or single site 
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing 
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools and bid management tools 
- Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments 
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practice in SEO and SEM 
- Marketing or Media qualification 
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints 
- Excellent relationship and networking skills 
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal 
- Excellent time and project management skills 
- Use of the Google Adwords, Analytics and Tag Manager platforms. Use of Twitter and Linkedin Ad manager platforms. 


- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
