New Marketing Assistant role for a not-for-profit organisation based in Covent Garden up to 3 months.
Your new company
the organisation is based in the heart of London in Covent Garden and explores over 200 years of history around the influences transport has had on the London Society and culture. the organisation is an education and heritage preservation charity and is dependant upon the income it raises to deliver an outstanding visitor attraction.
Your new role
you provide administrative support to the marketing team, helping implement marketing and communication plans to meet the organisations targets for income and visitor participation. this includes providing support to help promote exhibitions, public events and retail activity. You will also assist with the delivery or marketing initiatives and projects which will include things like maintaining media and marketing databases, updating campaign records, social media and press.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need the following experience:
-Working in a similar role in a marketing or press environment
-Organising network events
-Dealing with stakeholders
-PR and Marketing administration
-Be used to dealing with deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be from a charity/not for profit or a Transport background.
