The Client

There's no better time for a Community Manager to join this dynamic and growing company based in East London. The brand have a great product and story to go behind it! They have created a strong and vibrant community and built a loyal customer following. My client are currently stocked across the UK, US and Europe and sell their products through their ecommerce website. They are looking for a creative and strategic Community Manager to join them at this exciting time of growth.

The Role

The Community Manager will be responsible for implementing the brands community strategy, through strong engagement with their global community. The Community Manager will be responsible for creating website and social content that evokes inspiration and education for new and existing customers.


●Executing the long term community strategy through engaging content and conversations across their social channels. You will be passionate about establishing the right content and flows per platform to step change the status quo for their social channels.
●Be a brand guardian for the company and ensure that the brand's tone of voice is accurate at all times and sensitive to their audience to ensure relevancy.
●Provide guidance to the full team through your passion and talent for copywriting and provide ad hoc copywriting and editing support where necessary.
●Map out short and mid-term goals and report on them to help create insights and recommendations for the full team.
●Keep on top of online and social media trends to proactively shape and challenge the existing strategy and tactics; ensure the company are always at the forefront of how to do social media.
●Be part of digital content creation that drives inspiration whilst trying new approaches to increase performance of their channels.
●Partner with customer service to manage their community enquiries in a consistent way.
●Your time will be managed efficiently to find the right balance between content creation, creativity, everyday management and reporting.

The Candidate

*Excellent Community Management and Social Media experience, gained in a similar position.
*Exceptional copywriting experience and a proven record of growing and nurturing online communities, through engaging content.
*A strong analytical thinker, good platform knowledge and expertise of the latest social trends.
*You will enjoy reporting on campaigns and using that insight to optimise campaigns moving forward.
*An entrepreneurial attitude and a strong team player, with a cheerful and positive personality, happy to roll up your sleeves.
