Would you like to design and build digital communication strategies that takes customer service and marketing to the next level and gives end users an experience which entices them back to the business again and again?

You will be joining a digital team who work on the basis of trust, ownership and a one team approach, a digital team that is collaborative and committed to developing together with the customer genuinely at the heart of all they do.

You’ll thrive on working at the forefront of eCRM and best practice and working with cutting edge email technology, building , designing and testing emails that are a vital and integral part of major business’s customer communication strategy.

It is likely you will enjoy working with people as you will be working with lots of different departments from Content Development to Marketing to Analytics to User Experience to build and design campaigns which provide the customer with relevant content and attain high levels of engagement.

You’ll probably be working currently as an Email Developer or maybe in a front end development, digital development or a web design role and will be looking to take the next step into a role where you can improve and hone your HTML and CSS coding skills and gain exposure to lots of different divisions within the digital mix.
