My client is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to own and manage the SEO function within the business.

You will have proven experience working on SEO for a large, multilingual website, working to specific targeted KPI's such as position improvements, traffic or sales numbers. You will be an SEO expert, and understand all of the underlying principles, as well as being on top of the latest developments and trends. You will be comfortable in the detail of SEO, whether that's working with the developers to ensure the site is technically optimised for SEO, creating great quality content or improving the online footprint of a website. You will also be the thought leader on SEO within the business to help guide the overall strategy.
You will be confident in your ability to multitask and prioritise. You will have excellent analytical skills and be confident using excel as well as Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
You will be supported by experienced online marketing professionals, who will assist in formulating and shaping the strategy, and supporting on any additional skills and knowledge you may need to get the job done.

The Role....

*Take ownership of all SEO related tasks and developments, including planning, executing, reporting and tracking activities across all languages in an ongoing basis to ensure all KPIs are met. Work with the Marketing Director and external agencies to create and shape the SEO strategy. Develop and manage all aspects of the SEO strategy
*Devise and implement a structured approach to ongoing testing and optimisation of SEO, both onsite and offsite
*Create and develop plans to ensure the ongoing optimisation of the site, with a focus on best practice technical SEO, and incorporating an on-site content plan to deliver relevant engaging content to the target audience
*Develop a rolling outreach program, using PR, social and more traditional content strategies to increase the online footprint of the site.
*Analyse and report upon SEO performance on a regular basis for all relevant KPIs to management and relevant areas of the business to provide insight.
*Maintain an in-depth understanding of SEO landscape to identify and execute opportunities for growth.
*Work closely with developers and designers to ensure that all website changes are SEO friendly, you will be the go-to person for everything SEO related within the business.

What you will have....

*Highly skilled and experienced SEO, highly analytical with a keen eye for detail You like reports and numbers but only when they help you to achieve your goals.
*Excellent technical SEO skills, and the ability to guide developers and designers in best practice technical SEO
*Experience of using google analytics or other web analysis platforms
*Excellent Excel skills, (You find spending time with Excel a pleasure not a chore)
*Ability to work towards tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of the task, you are results driven, you take pride in a job well done and you don't like to fail.
*Experience managing multilingual SEO for a large website
*Strong presentational skills, communicating clear and concise findings, recommendations and conclusions. You will need to present your failures as well as your successes.
