An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an experienced Marketing Manager to work for a standalone financial Not for Profit, located in Sydney.
Your new role
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the organisations corporate multi-channel function, tools, processes and campaigns with a particular focus on: go-to-market brand implementation, marketing automation, performance based demand generation and membership retention. You will collaborate with the chief Marketing Officer to support and implement the marketing strategy for this strand of the business. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of the automation platform, corporate multi-channel program along with reviewing and continuously optimising all campaigns. As well as this you will manage optimised one-on-one communications with members through marketing automation; manage key marketing relationships with organisations business partners and build organisational knowledge of what eligible members want and continually optimise the path to purchase.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you have tertiary level qualifications in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position with a solid track record in B2B/B2C performance based or direct marketing. Strong experience in multi-channel marketing strategy development and campaign execution as well as experience in managing member/ customer communications. A background in financial services, performance based or membership marketing is desirable.
