Our client is a global Loyalty and CRM agency with an enviable list of clients and a successful team in developing marketing leading products and services. We are recruiting for a Loyalty Consultant to provide Loyalty focussed consulting services, insight and analytics to a selection of top brands. In this client facing role, the Loyalty Consultant will be running loyalty programmes for key clients within the FMCG market and leading on consulting projects while providing expert advice to stakeholders across UK and Europe.
The role will require that you are able to:
- Manage, design and and develop new marketing Loyalty programs
- Deliver new business cases and analyse ROI across a number of changing projects
- Answer key questions from clients on programmes
- Able to manage numerous projects.
- Identifying opportunities while working in collaboration with new business teams
- Able to work with data and insight
- Comfortable presenting findings and recommendation based on strategic analysis.
This role is for a team player who is open minded and robust in their management and delivery.
