One of the UK's leading digital marketing technology and marketing companies are looking for a Business Performance Manager to manage the growth of their large SME business unit. My client has fantastic technology and are leader within the digital marketing industry. At the moment they have a fantastic client base that is filled with blue chips, household names and global brands but they feel that there is a huge market below this level of clients that are made up of smaller corporates and large SME's..

The role

You'll be managing a team of sales professionals, you'll manage and define sales and growth strategies for the SME business unit. You'll be working with the Business Development Director to forecast and set SME development targets Setting the new business team commission targets, monitoring their performance and reviewing the pipeline Defining growth strategies Identifying training needs Overseeing contractual amendments Involvement with pitches and bids

Your skills

  • First class managerial experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital marketing industry
  • Excellent client relationship and client management experience
  • An excellent background in sales and business development
