Key Account Manager - Interactive Digital Display Technology 
Swindon / Royal Wootton Bassett (possible relocation within the area)

Company Overview:

We are a rapidly growing UK based company. We support all elements of digital display technology, from the simple supply of qualified hardware to complete product creation to meet a specific client brief. Our use of 3D CAD for product creation, our ability to prototype and small batch manufacture within the UK and our volume manufacturing scalability in Asia means solutions for all size of projects.

We pride ourselves on imagination, design flair and a marketing led approach to both the technology and content. Hardware supply is only one element: managing a digital signage deployment can be a complex process. Our professional site installation, content creation and distribution, service and support functions enable us to provide a truly “end to end” service, reducing the need for customers to invest in “in house” resource. 

The Key Account Manager Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to build on existing experience and continue to develop with a fast moving company working in its own specialist field with high profile blue chip customers.

The role-holder will manage the relationship with some of our largest existing accounts, including overall account strategy, account development, management of customer service to our blue chip clients, and maximisation of current sale potential. 

Key Account Manager Required Education & Skills:

> Professional and engaging with strong interpersonal skills
> Significant account management experience with senior international brands in an advanced technology environment
> Strong customer facing experience with an in depth understanding of their needs and record of delivering creative solutions 
> Skilful negotiator
> Relevant experience in selling digital signage solutions or audio visual or technical solutions, preferably both hardware and software plus services
> Evidence of proven performance against sales targets and conversion of commercial opportunities into profitable accounts
> Experience of working at a senior level dealing with and account managing prestigious customers/major brands
> Able to produce thorough and insightful sales reporting to senior management
> Skilled in market intelligence, keeping up to date on products, trends and competitors
> Strong communication and presentation skills

Remuneration package:

Hours of work: 08:30 to 17:00 (with 1 unpaid hour for lunch), Monday - Friday
Salary: c.£45,000 per annum, OTE c.£60,000, dependent upon achieving targets 
Benefits: Car allowance, Discretionary bonus based on company performance, Generous Company pension (pending introduction of Auto Enrolment), 28 days’ holiday (including public holidays), with an additional day for each year of service for up to 5 years. Life insurance plan after 12 months’ service, Location could be homebased as long as in easy commute to Swindon
