A leading Leisure/Entertainment company is currently looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the digital team and work alongside senior management to grow the online business.

As the Head of Digital Marketing you will manage a team of 3 digital marketers, each responsbile for specific channels as well put together the strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong technical understanding of the strategic use of digital media across multiple channels - Email, Display, Content, Affiliates, SEO, PPC and Social
  • Work closely with the Data Analyst to track and optimise campaigns
  • Planning and buying display, brand and video media channels
  • Devise the strategy for multivariate web testing


  • Extensive experience across all online channels
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • A track record in brand growth, digital campaign planning and implementation
  • A history of successfully acquiring and retaining customers online
  • Confident with data, possessing an analytical mindset
  • ROI focused
