SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - INSURANCE CLIENTS
This role is best suited to an established business development professional who has particular strengths in developing and growing large, global clients. The real key to this role is that firm are looking for an individual who is very commercially minded. You'll be working very closely on the strategic direction of the group with the practice group leader and the ability to bring strong, commercial ideas to that strategy is the real key to this position. As you would expect, the role has a high degree of client contact and visibility to ensure that those commercial ideas are delivered correctly.
Whilst knowledge of the insurance industry would be an advantage the key capability here is the track record of the commercial development of key clients. The firm are also flexible as to where that experience comes from; it could be from within professional services but, again, that's not essential.
