This company is a specialist financial communication and live event production agency with a dedicated team of professionals based in London, operating worldwide. The company focus on managing the communication in transaction-related contexts, especially equity offering road shows, where this company are a recognised leader worldwide. The company conducts business around the world, delivering high-quality live events for some of the biggest IPOs to date.

Your new role
You will at first assist and then manage the logistics for the regular non-deal road shows of the company's international French account. In addition to the French account, you will also work on other pitches and events, which include some travel and on-site exposure. You will be responsible for building relationships with suppliers such as hotels and venues, and liaise directly with bank roadshow desks during execution. You will be responsible for assisting with "Pre Production phase" for all road shows assisting with logistic costs which will include booking venues, arranging flight schedules and costs, liaising with jet companies, managing venues, hotels and production itineraries. You will also be involved in the "on the road" phase as well as assisting with the "Post production stage" which will entail the closure of each road show.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous corporate events / PA experience, you will be enthusiastic, and have a 'can do' attitude and should be looking for an opportunity to grow in an events logistics role and gain a deeper understanding of financial events and roadshows. You will be able to work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail. It will be extremely beneficial if you can speak French as you will be managing a large French account for the company. You will come across very professional and have the passion and desire to succeed in an events logistics role in a face paced working environment.

What you'll get in return In return,
You will be paid a salary of £21,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience with an additional benefits package.
