Within their mobile advertising network alone, they have a reach of roughly 800 million users and are really shaping the digital future.</p> <p>This is an awesome opportunity for someone with a technical/operational background who is operating at Advertising Operations Executive or Campaigns Executive level, has client facing experience and is looking for their next step up.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>How can this candidate expect to spend their day?</b></p> <p>The Account Executive will work across our major buyer accounts, a broad and varied role in a team experiencing high growth. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple products with a particular focus on video, an area of growth and investment. You’ll be a key driver in that growth, building great relationships and evangelising our products.</p> <p>Key Role Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Developing and maintaining excellent customer relations directly with customers, via media agencies and agency trading desks.</li> <li>Ongoing Campaign Management for live campaigns</li> <li>Drive incremental revenue identifying cross-sell, upsell, renewal, optimizations or new business opportunities</li> <li>Presenting campaign results to clients</li> <li>Utilize data analytics and insights to share knowledge, inform and drive strategy</li> <li>Collaborating with sales to build relationships internally and externally, developing a relationship map and engagement plan</li> <li>Acting as the first point of contact for issue resolution with clients and troubleshooting</li> <li>Working with the internal account team to identify opportunities with existing and potential clients</li> <li>Assisting with RFPs</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Required skills &amp; personality:</b></p> <p>This is an awesome opportunity for someone with a technical/operational background who is operating at Advertising Operations Executive or Campaigns Executive level, has client facing experience and is looking for their next step up.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience and/or understanding of programmatic</li> <li>Ideally 1 - 2 years’ experience in an account management or sales role, ideally from the demand side</li> <li>Previous experience in ad-operations, ad-trafficking or ad-serving preferred</li> <li>Experience interpersonal &amp; relationship building skills</li> <li>A proven track record in sales with an account management mindset, a focus on problem solving and customer service</li> <li>Analytical minded with a proven track record in report extraction, research and analysis</li> <li>A great attitude, hunger and willingness to learn</li> <li>Experience with both Excel &amp; Powerpoint</li> <li>A degree or equivalent professional experience is a nice addition</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>The benefits of joining this company?</b></p> <p>You’ll be joining a team invested in you.
