One of the UK’s oldest and most reputable financial institutions is seeking to appoint their first customer insight and analysis professional to build, lead and provide insights that will play a key role in driving their marketing activity and relationships with their existing customer base.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing the role will entail developing a blueprint for customer insight in the business and then working with internal stakeholders to build and develop the insight and analysis capabilities. The role will then evolve to then carry out customer segmentation and other analyses, to provide a detailed understanding of the customer base and then provide insight that will determine the marketing approach on an ongoing basis and further refine the CRM strategy.
Consequently the business is seeking a flexible, adaptable and highly capable individual with a blend of customer data, CRM and insight experience, not necessarily from a financial services background, but gained in a business to consumer company or agency environment, who would relish the challenge of developing a new function and building an insight and analysis team in a unique business.
