Entrepreneurial candidate needed for this new CRM & Loyalty Consultant role at a growing agency working on loyalty and CRM strategies for blue chip clients….                                 

As CRM & Loyalty Consultant you will define, design and deliver customer loyalty solutions, delivering exceptional customer experience and commercial results.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a growing agency where you will work on a diverse set of clients.

This role CRM and Loyalty Consultant role would suit you if you have strong CRM experience across planning and strategy, account management / stakeholder management and delivery.

CRM & Loyalty  Consultant – The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join this Loyalty and CRM agency that is working with some great blue chip clients in an environment with excellent opportunity for career progression and reward.

You will be entrepreneurial, with a sound background in developing customer insights and applying them to a customer marketing problem.

  • Designing and developing loyalty and CRM strategies including segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping and customer value propositions
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Translating business requirements into plans
  • Leading business, data and technology assessments at client sites
  • Development of business cases and recommendations
  • Overseeing delivery of solutions
  • Contributing to business development

CRM & Loyalty Consultant – Skills and experience

  • Experience working in customer loyalty or CRM programme strategy and delivery
  • Able to manage multiple client and assignments
  • Strong client relationship skills, a credible and confident communicator able to win trust
  • Good analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Understanding of data and its relationship with CRM and loyalty programs

Our client will look at candidates from an agency background or those with client-side experience in customer marketing, CRM and/or loyalty.

An exciting role CRM & Loyalty role that encompasses planning, strategy, account management and delivery.

Salary £50K to £65K + bonus

London based  + travel to clients offices
