A leading CRM consultancy is looking for a strong Account Executive / Marketing Executive to join the central marketing team, working in partnership with a number of the worlds most recognisable retailers and FMCG brands. You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of high volume multichannel marketing campaigns relating to a digital platform provided for clients, plus the growth and management of client relationships.

This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the most recognisable loyalty schemes globally and is part of a very fast paced team, offering training and development.

The role requires someone who is extremely well organised with proven commercial experience of working in a client or business facing environment managing multiple marketing related projects. Your responsibilities will include everything from chasing clients for creative copy and images for campaigns, owning the monthly update on all client activity, providing wider team support where needed to getting involved in the long term development of this particular marketing platform.

You should be confident, innovative, energetic and flexible as things can always change at the last minute - so working with an adaptive style is key.

Experience of working with CMS (content management systems) is also essential, as this role is very much focused on ensuring all content for campaigns is in line with agreed objectives and delivered on time.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree educated; ideally in a marketing or digital discipline
  • A background in account management would be highly beneficial - although not essential; digital campaign management / coordination experience from client side would also be considered
  • Knowledge of marketing channels including web, App and email
  • Customer focused with an appreciation for loyalty and CRM
  • Innovative approach with the ability to work flexibly; not flustered by last minute change!
  • Superb interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management skills, problem solving approach and highly organised
  • Tenacious and forward thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
