This digital only business is one of the biggest names in their industry and with a media spend in the tens of millions they are looking for an ambitious but experienced marketer who has owned, planned and reported on media across all channels.

Whilst digital is undoubtedly the biggest growth area, and where this person will be required to add the most value, they will also be responsible for the more traditional channels of TV and Press. From a digital perspective you'll need to have experience across all digital media and be specifically experienced in delivering successful programmatic advertising across search, display and social. You will drive forward the media plans and lead a team, whilst operating at a strategic level, working regularly at director level to identify new opportunities, forecast returns and report on current activity.

The role will suit a dynamic and progressive individual who is looking for an opportunity which could rapidly progress their career and give them genuine recognition for their efforts as well as an exceptional remuneration package.

The Role
·Manage media budget of £35-50m across TV, Press and Digital.
·Drive forward change in spending to increase focus on digital and the use of programmatic display, search and social activity.
·Own senior level relationships with online and offline media agencies.
·Operate as a senior leader in the business and work with other areas within marketing to add value to all activity.
·Lead a team in the management of all marketing activity from a media perspective and develop their skills and progression through the business.

The Person
·A leader who is still involved in the daily understanding of what activity is running and where key successes and improvements can be made.
·Strong relationship builder able to manage stakeholders internally and externally at all levels.
·Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to change on a frequent basis.
·Able to own projects and lead the business forward from the front into new opportunities.

This Head of Media Performance job is based in the North and would suit candidates who would consider a relocation outside of London and may have ties to the Northern cities.
