Responsibilities:

  • Championing and executing the staff engagement plan
  • Developing tools and systems to better connect our people to our mission and vision- eg. Yammer
  • Driving the adoption of activites that improve employee engagement- winning hearts and minds
  • Managing the employee engagement survey, and related action plan
  • Communicating corporate values to all staff and internal communications
  • Propose test and learn actions to improve engagement
  • Support the execution of the commercial strategy
  • Measuring activity against target and ROI
  • Provide tools to support leaders of the organisation that contribute to the overall business performance
  • Managing the budget tracker with robust controls and seeking improved efficiency
  • Bringing innovation and outside-in thinking to challenge accepted wisdom

Requirements:

  • Track record in internal comms / employee engagement ideally in insurance or financial services
  • Ability to execute staff engagements plans
