Your new company
This leading provider of disability services has been supporting the region of Western Melbourne for many years with highly successful outcomes. They provide training, education, support and employment to those with disabilities.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop and implement an overall Marketing, Communications and Events strategy to enhance the profile and promotion of the organisation and its services. You will be responsible for a full suite of communications activity across all platforms. You will produce key communications including: newsletters, brochures/fact sheets, promotional material, annual reports, media releases, blogs and other internal or external communications . You will be savvy public relations professional, continually monitoring and leveraging opportunities for the organisation to increase brand and engagement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated experience in similar stand alone role covering Marketing, Communications, Media and Events. You will be a strong writer who is able to develop communications for a wide variety of audiences, and prides themselves on their stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in a Not-For-Profit or Service Delivery organisation would be highly advantageous.
