This exciting business selling luxury products to UHNW individuals is looking for a digital marketing manager to oversee their digital marketing activities. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will take responsibility for developing and implementing an overarching content rich digital strategy to help the business widen its business, brand and customer-service aims. As an integral member of the Central Marketing Team, you will work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop and coordinate a range of digital projects and communications which will be aligned with the overall global marketing strategy across all channels.

Duties of the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Developing cross-platform digital marketing plans and establish budgets in line with business objectives (incorporating UX/CRO to SEO/PPC, social media, digital PR and advertising).
  • Managing the flow of content in assigned digital projects including written content, imagery and Video, encompassing website (desktop to mobile), app, emails/newsletters and sundry.
  • Setting and documenting the standards and methodology used for analysing and reporting across numerous data sources to recommend enhancements across the digital marketing mix.
  • Research and instigate digital marketing best practice relevant to our sector and align these with wider business objectives.
  • Monitoring digital competitor activity and propose tactical responses to exploit/counter competitor threats and weaknesses.
  • Sharing knowledge and educate internal teams and stakeholders on digital marketing best practice and benefits.
  • Creating, maintaining and defend the company’s general reputation and positive brand recognition in the sector in all digital environments.
  • Nurturing and managing key relationships with agencies and third parties in relation to digital activities.
 Background of the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Educated to degree level or an equivalent digital marketing professional qualification.
  • Over 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience in developing marketing plans and budgets.
  • Track record in developing and implementing strategic digital projects with demonstrable results.
  • Proven experience of SEO, PPC, social media, UX, web/ Google analytics.
  • Experience with a variety of data sources such as Business Objects, SQL, Excel.
  • Working knowledge of core digital infrastructure (primarily CRM, CMS and DAM systems).
  • Background in both B2B and B2C digital marketing.
  • Capable of turning information/data into powerful, simple and actionable insights for market intelligence.
  • Previous project management experience, including working to tight timelines and budgets.
